Retailer Registration using your cellphone.
(You can register also thru internet www.loadxtreme.com.ph)
You must activate your card before you can do anything.
Always send all your commands to your assigned gateway number.
You need the following info to register your card.
* ID Number – front of the Retailer Activation Card
* SAC – need to scratch the back of the card
* Birth date – enter mm-dd-yyyy format
* Acceptable Telco Codes (SMART, TNT, RED, GLOBE, TM and SUN) ONLY!
* Full name – retailer’s name
You need to send below SMS command to your assigned gateway number.
Here’s an example:

Note: Ruth sends this to 0922-8511653 because she’s a SUN subscriber.
Online – Retailer Registration
Yes, you can activate your Retailer Card Online. Go to
Once there, look on the left hand side, you’ll see Dealership/Retailership Card Registration and click it. It will take you to a place where you need to enter the following:
* Full Name
* Address
* Birth date
* Cell phone #
* ID Number
* SAC
There you have it! Congratulations!
Then wait for the System reply. If everything is good, the system will provide you with a PIK number to secure your account.
Safeguard your PIK number. Don’t divulge it to anyone. And change it often. You need this number to log in to LoadXtreme to manage your account – your PIK number acts like your password.
You can now replenish your loadwallet before you can start selling loads to your family and friends.
